Founded in 2016, Wellness Veterinary Hospital quickly established itself as one of Hong Kong’s most reputable animal hospitals.

Our veterinary clinic is founded on the belief that a sense of wellness is essential to both pet owners and pets, no matter what life stage the pet is at. That is our core philosophy, which is demonstrated through everything we do.

Our mission is to give the best possible medical care for the pets and the best pet-care advice to their owner.

We Pride Ourselves on Understanding that Each Human-Pet Family is Different

Just like each pet has its own unique personality, each family can provide different level of pet care. That is why we tailor our treatment to give the best possible outcome and a sense of comfort and wellbeing to the owners, knowing that they are doing all they can within their comfort zone. Our team is always here to listen and to help.

We’re continuously striving to improve, transforming the way we operate to advance our ability to innovate, expand, and make our clients’ pets’ lives better. We are committed to a high standard of excellence and look forward to you helping us maintain that standard and surpass it. Our team members truly make a dream team, as they have continued to meet the challenges of our field, excel and constantly achieve personal growth. We are very proud of where we are today and excited about where we are headed.

Our Beliefs

It goes without saying that we are dedicated to animals’ wellbeing, but we really do take pride in being with our patients every paw-step of the way, giving the best possible care and attention to each pet. Our team gained a reputation for the dedicated, caring and professional veterinary services provided to pets in Hong Kong. We continue to maintain and expand our knowledge and skills at every opportunity. We also strongly believe in mentoring those new to their field, via traineeships and work experience.

With the firm belief of “Adopt Don’t Shop”, although we still treat animals that need veterinary attention under animal trader’s care, out of love and care of the animals, we do carry a surcharge on top of our usual bills for animal traders. This is in hope to deter the buying and selling of lives.

We do our best to educate the public and empower our clients about pet health and care with a hope to reduce pet-abandoning.

At Wellness Veterinary Hospital, real values, as opposed to the nice-sounding values, are those behaviours and skills which make our core DNA and which we expect from you.
